Transcend Homes use complex formulas & algorithms to formulate the land valuation. The land valuation takes into consideration factors like the potential sale value & cost of build/refurb. The land valuation steps also consider planning restrictions and potential risk associated with the land.

Transcend Homes then work with the Land Owner to agree a purchase amount which is personalised to their requirements. In the past we have arranged an agreement where the Land owner paid nothing towards the development & shared 50% of the profit. In another instance, we agreed to pay all the upfront costs regardless of whether planning was obtained.
